Yes, we operate an efficient, fast delivery service which is available at a small extra charge.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Cash and card are accepted. We require a cash or credit card deposit when equipment is hired by a non-account customer. Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch Solo or Electron cards are accepted.
I want to keep the equipment longer...
Absolutely fine, call us to let us know and we can deal with it over the phone.
Can I open an account with you?
We welcome customers who may wish to open a monthly account. This facility can normally be opened immediately subject to fulfilment of our terms and conditions.
Is there safety guidance I have to follow?
We always provide information on the safe use and operation of equipment at the time of hiring.
All details regarding your hire are shown on your copy of the hire contract and all equipment is hired subject to HTA terms and conditions (as stated on the reverse of the contract or a copy is available on request).
